Amy Patterson serves as the President of Petsource, and is the Executive Sponsor for Scoular’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. Before coming to Scoular, she worked for 16 years at Conagra Brands where she most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings.

Jennifer serves as Scoular’s Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel. Jennifer was a LeadDIVERSITY 2019-2020 Advocate, and prior to Scoular, served on in-house legal teams with Conagra Brands and Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, and practiced at a multi-service law firm.

Elizabeth Rosenberg is an entrepreneur, charismatic leader and visionary who drives authentic change and purposeful impact through her work. As the founder of The Good Advice Company, a marketing and communications consultancy, and with more than two decades of experience working with some of the most innovative brands and leaders in the world, Elizabeth taps her knowledge, intuition and truths to uncover and amplify purpose and ownable narratives.

For over 25 years, Hulm has been advising Boards and successfully leading and motivating teams in global supply chain operations, procurement and commodity risk management. Before coming to Scoular, Sandra was Vice President of Procurement at Conagra Brands. Prior to Conagra, she held various roles at ADM, including managing its North America sunflower oil program.

With an impressive career in agriculture and policy, Tina May is an engaging and energizing leader in the industry with inspirational stories around growth, development, and how women can lead in an organization and drive real impact.
